Last Friday, Jan 22, I had to go through a test set which I thought was one of the better main sets I recently did. So that’s why I wanted to share this workout with you. I did swim fly but you can really do this in any other stroke of your choice. Let me know what you think. And of course if you did take the set and go through, let me know how you did. Download the PDF file at ProSwimWorkouts.com to get the full workout.

The Race Club Introduces New Service for High School Swimmers
The Race club now offers to produce for you a DVD of your child, showing underwater, above water, starts, turns and transitions in all strokes desired. Further, we will help you select the schools and coaches to send the DVD to, along with an introduction. Far better than just a letter with your times on it, the DVD will provide useful information to the coach about your technical skills, attention to details and potential for improvement. The DVD may make the difference between your child or another receiving that athletic aid. The Race Club’s familiarity with swimming and college coaches and our respect among coaches will help us to find the right school and program for your child. Please visit their website or contact them for more information about producing a DVD to create a visual resume.

CMAS Finswimming World Cup Ranking 2009
The final ranking of the 2009 CMAS Finswimming World Cup is out. As you know I did compete in two (Aix en Provence and Tenero) out of the six stops. I tie 5 other athletes on rank 161 out of a 285 total. My final point total is 58 pts, scoring 4 pts in Aix en Provence and 54 pts in Tenero. Looking forward to improve on that score during the 2010 World Cup Series.
