Workout Friday Jan 22
Last Friday, Jan 22, I had to go through a test set which I thought was one of the better main sets I recently did. So that’s why I wanted to share this workout with you. Go Swim announced their iPhone App. Those of you who visit the Go Swim website know that there is a lot of useful and interesting content to find and know you can take all with you in your pocket (at least those with an iPhone or iTouch). Go to the announcement on the Go Swim website for more information on the App’s features and some preview screenshots. By the way, if you click on the icon on the left iTunes will open and automatically direct you to the App Store to download the Go Swim iPhone App.

The Swiss Swimming Federation launched a project called CLEANWATER in association with the Swiss Anti Doping Agency and the Swiss Laboratory for Doping Analyses. Chris Morgan, good friend and former coach of mine, is organizing a series of swim clinics in collaboration with the Swiss Swimming Federation.
