The Jagged Edge Of Jaked Results
Craig Lord of SwimNews.com posted an article on the impact of the Jaked suit on the latest competitions in Switzerland. His article seems to be a sum up of what coaches in Switzerland have to say about the suit. I swam with the suit on the 4x100m FR during Long Course Championships a few weeks ago and have to say that I didn’t find it to be so great … but maybe I’m one of the swimmers who does not equally benefit from the suit or I simply don’t believe in it.

NCAA: Adrian breaks American Record in 100 Free
World Team Member Nathan Adrian, swimming for the University of California, broke his own American Record set at the Pac-10 Championships as a leadoff for Cal’s 400 FR with a 41.08 in the Championships final.
NCAA: Adrian breaks 50 Free American Record twice
World Team Member Nathan Adrian, swimming for the University of California, broke his own American Record set at the Pac-10 Championships with a 18.76 leadoff for Cal’s 200 FR during the first day of the 2009 NCAA Swimming Championships. Adrian returned just a few minutes later with the win and another American Record in the final of the 50-yard free with an 18.71.
